John Zigouras has been practising as a specialist Workcover Lawyer since Workcover was known as Workers Compensation in 1964.
In 1964 John started J.N. Zigouras & Co in a small office in McKillop Street Melbourne. By the mid 1970’s, the firm grew to be one of the five largest Workers Compensation firms in Victoria.
The firm has since acted for thousands of injured workers, transport accident victims and it has been involved in many cases involving public liability, medical negligence and like cases on a ‘no win no fee’ basis.
The firm is well known. It has been involved in high profile and test cases and has attained some of the largest settlements in the state.
We now act for people with diverse backgrounds and ethnicities and in a range of areas of the law including: Conveyancing, Wills, Probate, Leases, Crime, Industrial Relations, Building and Native Title and we are constantly evolving.
